In 1997, From Heart & Hand was established by Dodie Darrah Maas, as a craft home decor business. Designing her home was always a creative outlet, and as friends slowly asked Dodie to decorate their weddings, her business grew to include wedding design. From Hazen to Bismarck and small communities throughout North Dakota, weddings became the main focus, closing the home decor side of her business. A handful of events a year, turned into 10-15, and eventually averaging 30-40 weddings annually. From Heart & Hand Weddings & Events cultivated a following throughout central North Dakota, providing clients with current trends in decor, consistently adding new inventory and options every season. 

In early 2018, we rebranded to Found Events & Rentals, as an encompassing business that will provide full service wedding design to a select number of clients per year, with plans for a full online rental experience for weddings and events alike, and retail store featuring salvaged, custom built and trending home decor.
